Care: Please enjoy your piece of Simplicity earthenware daily. Use with care in a slow oven, microwave, and a gentle dishwasher. These pieces are handmade, so hand care is best. Orders: Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to ship, depending on size and content of order. Shipping: shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the pieces . We charge as little as we can to offer you the best deal. Wholesale shipping costs differ from our retail prices please contact us for further information.

 Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the piece. If something arrives broken, we will replace it with another similar item at no cost to you. If you are not happy with the item, we will offer you free shipping on a purchased replacement item. If you would simply like to return the piece, we will refund you for the cost of the product (but not shipping).
